We comply with many different practices, norms and standard procedures. But now we want to make it official: In July 2019 our initial IFS Wholesale / Cash&Carry certification audit will take place.
That’s why we are currently putting all our internal processes to the acid test. So that we can offer you even higher quality standards and product safety in future.
The last trucks are just about to cross the borders – loaded with dried chanterelles and frozen porcini mushrooms. We would like to say a big thank you to our customers, strategic partners and employees who supported us this summer. And who made this season successful.

Next year Olga Rode Import von Waldfrüchten & Pilzen e.K. will shift some of its business activities to Lithuania including sorting, weighing and packaging of fresh chanterelles. Therefore, the company will move into new premises in Kaunas. Construction work is scheduled for completion in October 2015.

The season is in full swing. And everyone helps out so you can get your fresh chanterelles on time: Our selectors are standing at multiple tables in a refrigerated area. Fresh chanterelles are placed in the middle of the table – the good ones go into the pot, the bad ones into the crop. (more…)
